7 gram Ragi SAF (Yeast)
250 ml air hangat (warm water )
40g Gula (sugar)
30 ml madu (Honey )
60 ml Minyak (oil)
1 sdt Sp (tsp Emulsifier )
1 sdt Garam (Salt)
waterroux mix.
600 g Terigu Pro tinggi (Bread flour)
